Strive diligently to know and experience this rest for yourself that you may
not fall or perish by unbelief and disobedience.
Remember you have me, I am ‘your great high priest and have already ascended
and passed through the heavens so hold fast your confession of faith in me.
I understand and know all of what you are going through, I have known
weakness and infirmities and temptations… So, come without fear and with
confidence and boldness to the throne of God so that you would receive mercy
for your failings and grace to help you in time of need’ Hebrews 4:10-16
(Paraphrased)
Come follow me, ‘deny yourself, disown yourself, forget, lose sight of

rest.’ Matthew 11:28
